This company and its owner are ridiculous. Our tenants called them out to look at the sump pump pipe, which had come apart at a joint. All that needed to be done was to manually attach the two pumps back up at the same joint and re-light the hot water tank pilot light which had gotten wet and therefore gone out. No replacement of parts needed, the technician was there for a half an hour. Our tenants are young women without the knowledge of how to do this, so I'm happy they called someone out. HOWEVER, this technician, in my opinion, totally took advantage of the situation and charged $650!! Now I get that it was an after-hours call, but $650 is highway theft as far as I'm concerned. His invoice (attached below) does not have anything itemized, just an overall bill for $650. I called the business number and spoke to someone who said he was the owner of the business, and he said that he thought $650 was reasonable and that he didn't care if he never got any of my business again. I don't mind paying for a job, I do mind my tenants being taken advantage of and frankly being way overcharged for a job. All I can say is that I think this owner is unscrupulous and that I would never recommend this company to anyone. Call someone else!
To the owner of this business, if you are concerned about making this right I would love to hear from you and would love to be able to amend this review. Again, I don't mind paying for a job, but you are in the wrong in this case.
