Carleton completed a prompt and professional service call to our residence. The technician was friendly and kept me informed throughout the service call. The appointment was booked with ease and the technician called before arriving to confirm his appointment. Upon completion our home was left in the same state as when they arrived on site. I appreciated the follow up telephone call we received reminding us it was time to complete our fall service.

This was the best service I have ever had for my annual furnace check -first time using Carleton Refrigeration and have had service from a few different companies for the past 27 years. James was the technician and he was very thorough and efficient. He explained lots of things to me that nobody else over the years has ever taken the time to do - very polite and attentive. Every year I get an annual cleaning & inspection conducted on my AC and heating system. Troy did a great job with this service call! He was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable.

We called when we needed our a/c looked at when it stopped working. They called back immediately and were willing to come out on. Sunday night. We had them come the next morning. Technician was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and repaired it right away.

When I called for a quote, the service was prompt professional. When I went into the office to pay my deposit, I received an immediate date (the very next morning) and everyone was very kind. The guys came in and were awesome. They got stuck by a few setbacks and still completed the whole project with professionalism and efficiency.

Our installation is wonderful and working well - to be sure of this, this review is written 30 days after installation. Jordie, Morgan, Kyle and J.J. arrived at my house on the day of installation. They worked all day on adding runs to the ducting, removing the old furnace, removing the old Water Heater, installing new furnace and water heater. Their work was well done, with no time wasted as everyone had their task to perform and they completed them. By end of day I had a new installation completed and they cleaned up after themselves as well. This is my 2nd furnace in 21 yrs that I have purchased through this company and I highly recommend them!

Technician was on time, very professional, checked the system over and gave me the report. He even cleaned out the permanent air filter in the furnace. I am very pleased with the service.

The duct cleaning was done well and quickly, and I've certainly noticed a big difference after years of heating with a wood furnace. NO mess left behind ... perfect!
