Carleton completed a prompt and professional service call to our residence. The technician was friendly and kept me informed throughout the service call. The appointment was booked with ease and the technician called before arriving to confirm his appointment. Upon completion our home was left in the same state as when they arrived on site. I appreciated the follow up telephone call we received reminding us it was time to complete our fall service.
