Horrible online customer service & Shipment Issue!
I am very disappointed with their customer service. I ordered several things and I paid a huge amount and asked to be shipped at my work address and after 2-3 days my work closed and they said it will take about 10 days so the shipment arrives and so I sent them an email if they could send it to another address due to what happened to my work because of COVID and they send me the micro that says "Please note that, due to high demand, we are experiencing a shipping time of 10 to 15 business days." Which doesn't respond to my issue! I got mad so I sent another email that I want a cancellation and they send me the same email back! Same micro. Then I started to send several emails explaining again what happened and how disappointed I am and I want Refund/Cancellation and they keep sending the same micro! Honestly, I was a huge fan of Deserres, it's materials are really good and satisfying but like what I have experienced, I am definitely no longer a fan. Be care full guys like ordering online is the worst thing to do with DeSerres, going to their store and get the item is the only recommendation I would give. By the way I hope DeSerre employees are seeing my review so they could finally answer back! Seriously tho that is very irritating having to leave a bad review I never have done that but because of how much money it went from me to your store and no one answered and I don't know what happened to my shipment where my things are like any artist would feel me!
