had our roof done by him a little over year ago, great crew good clean work very easy to change things . Very happy with them will be calling again for more work .

Jim Oakes initially did my roof about 7 yrs ago, and up until recently I did not have any issues with the workmanship, and I don't recall any issues at the time of installation regarding service. My critique now is regarding his follow up service. I have a skylight, and it has been leaking. I called his office numberous times to have him come look at it, and see if it could be fixed, or what was causing the leak. I did not hear back. Maybe it was too small a job, or he does support his work after so many years, but all he had to do was return at least one of my calls and mention this.

We researched roofers in our area and after having 3 or 4 out to the house, we chose Jim Oakes.

Jim was recommended by a number of people and certainly met our expectations. He is somewhat difficult to reach on the phone but the standard of work is worth the wait.

Jim and associates did a great job on a very difficult multi-level roof with an extremely high pitch on one section. The house is over 100 years old and presented some unique problems. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and we were really pleased with the cleanup. Our gardens and plants were well protected. We would recommend him to anyone.
