We have an old furnace and it wouldnt turn on . Called Josh for a second option because we couldnt afford a new one . He saved us so much money ! Had it up and running in less than an hour ! So glad we found him . Hes amazing!!! Thanks Josh

We purchased a York (ClimateCare brand) air conditioning system from Halton Peel ClimateCare (HPC) in 2012, which had a 10 year warranty on all parts. The warranty was confirmed on the invoice, which was prepared and signed by the owner. ABW Air Systems purchased the HPC business in 2015. The evaporator coil and TX valve failed this week after 9 years and our A/C stopped working. The technician informed us that the coil was manufactured by ADP and not York. We contacted ABW about the 10 year parts warranty. ABW checked with ADP and there was only a 5 year warranty on that coil. ABW was only able to cover the manufacturer warranty in this situation and unfortunately just offer a replacement coil at full retail. As a last resort we reached out to ClimateCare Canada. Our challenging warranty claim was cleared within 3 business days and the air conditioning system was back up and running.

I wanted a fall/winter servicing done for my furnace as we approach the bad weather...as many times before, I called ABW and they were responsive and accommodating of my schedule to get a tech out for the work. The Tech (Greg) was friendly, professional, and did a complete job (and left me the specs of what he tested). I have used ABW for many activities (installing a water heater, pool heater, gas fireplace) as well as performing maintenance. In my opinion, they are great and have reasonable prices, so I have no reason to look anywhere else.

This company was recommended to us. We have now used them twice to repair a gas fireplace over the course of two years. They were very prompt, courteous, neat and explained everything in detail. We would use them again!

Gas fireplace wouldn’t stay lit. Got a next day appointment and Greg cMe by early.

Josh, Justin and Greg did a good job installing. Tony was great when he initially consulted and gave us an estimate. We got four estimates. Considering the congenial attitude and down-to-earth personality we both thought to give this local company a try. Straight forward, answered questions.

Planning to have them install air cleaner.

Maybe a little bit higher priced but happy with the whole project.

From start to finish, ABW and their installers were professional, efficient and courteous. They assessed my problem, suggested a furnace to most suit my needs and delivered/ installed it on time and on budget. They even helped with the paperwork for a rebate I received. At the end they made sure everything was cleaned up and spent time making sure we had no questions about the new system. Highly recommended.

Unsatisfactory customer service. Their technician did not clean vacuum. When used in our home, soot was dispersed throughout our family room. It has taken hours to clean, still more to do and brand new toys for our infant son will most likely have to be thrown away. The return of cost of cleaning does not cover our collateral expenses.

Furnace started to act up, called ABW Halton Climatecare for a service call. Next day Ryan their technician arrived right on time.Ryan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable man,he explains everything he is going to do. He had us up and running in no time.

Over Christmas our 25 year-old furnace was clearly not going to last much longer and needed replacement. After a fairly in-depth Due Diligence process we decided to go with ABW Air Systems Ltd.

They presented all out furnace options and their associated advantages and disadvantages and, based on our requirement and the size of the house we purchased a Lennox EL296V
