I needed the mesh replaced on a window screen. Chantal and Dan fit me in the same day I called. While covid restrictions prevented them from coming to my house, it was easy to go to them. Dan fixed my screen in less than 10 minutes and did a great job for a great price. I had received a quote from another company that was 5 times higher than what I paid with Have Screen Will Travel. I would definitely recommend this company - lovely people and great service!

Replaced 8 screens with the pet mesh. Due to Covid, we went to their location, dropped off our screens and less than an hour later, we returned to p/u. Very quick, reasonably priced, great quality work and pleasant people to deal with. Thank you Dan and Chantal

In spite of Covid restrictions, (screen replacement and repair not deemed an essential service), HSWT stepped up, worked with me and we managed to get 2 screens built, (one from scratch, ie. I did the measurements under HSWT guidance) within 24 hours (each). Prices are reasonable. Nice people to work with.

very organized and efficient service. Very impressed!! Built me a new patio door within twenty minutes and pet resistant. My cats cannot get through this pet mesh. Lov love love it!!!! Highly recommended by friends and will surely recommend them to all.

They replaced a patio screen door and did a very poor quality job. The screen wasn't tight enough. Will not fix it, told me to pay for a new one and hung up on me. Then later called me back for my home address said they'd come fix it and never showed. Worried about our safety and will file a police report. BUYER BEWARE

I had a torn screen on my patio door. I phoned I in the morning and was told they would try and come that day. They called me in the afternoon, came and had a new screen in within 15 minutes. They found the rollers were worn out on the door and replaced those also. It is a family business. The worker was polite, personable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. It is a seasonal company.

They arrived on time and were very efficient. Did a great job cleaning the frame and replacing the screen. All in all he was here less than half an hour. Great job and now no more bugs getting in. Thank you!

I contracted this company to replace some window screens at a revenue property I own. They quoted $140.00 plus GST. I gave them the go ahead to do the work and they made arrangements with the tenant to go on site and do the work. I was to pay them by credit card once the work was completed. I told them to call me after the work was done & I would pay them. When they had finished the job, Dan, the installer, called me on my cell phone for payment. Unfortunately, I was in meetings and missed the call. They called again and I was still unavailable. When my meeting was finished, I checked my voice mail and there was a message from a man named Dan telling me that "if I didn't call them back right away with a credit card number, he was going to leave with the screens". Unbelievable! I then called them as soon as I heard the message and they did not answer the phone. I then called the lady who rents the property to see if they were still there. She then told me that he had demanded payment from her because he could not reach me. He told her that he would remove the screens he had just installed and would take the screens with him. She said he was rude and intimidating and that her kids were very uncomfortable with what was happening. To save further escalation, she paid him and he left. The company had quoted $140.00 plus GST for the service. They charged my tenant $160.00 plus GST which is more than 10% above the quoted amount. I believe this is a violation of the Alberta Free Trading Act. I can't believe that a business would operate in this manner. I would have paid by credit card as agreed. They never said anything about the invoice having to be paid while they were still on site. They only stated in an email that they would call when done. That could mean anytime after the work was performed. I found this to be very unethical and unprofessional. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Using tactics as they did was completely unacceptable. This is what gives contractors a bad reputation. Do yourself a favor and find another contractor to replace your screens.

Have screen will travel did the majority of the screens in my house, and I was very happy with their service and the speediness of their work. $60 dlls for a new screen, and $25 just to remesh was a very reasonable price, and they did the work on sight. I would recommend them.
