Bens is the standard I judge stores by. Their staff is knowledgeable, experienced and has stuck around. I feel confident that ownership is playing chess not checkers, that they want to keep being in business and they arent solely focused on the next quarter. They usually have stock and most importantly they are honest when they dont. I am able to plan and manage expectations effectively.
