We built a new 2 car garage. Right from the beginning, the permits for tree removal, the arborist, the surveyor, the designing to the appointments and all the little things and detail that Fernando takes care of. I was highly recommended to Fernando Sestito of GS Designers Ltd. I contacted Fernando to discuss my plans for a home extension. Fernando accommodated my schedule and promptly came to my home to provide initial consultation on my home renovation project. Fernando’s many years of experience and knowledge makes him a person that you want to speak with prior to commencing a major home project. Fernando reviewed my original blueprints and did a detailed inspection of my home to provide valuable advice and recommendation. He was quick to identify that the blueprints that I had on hand were not the final copy used by the builder to construct my home. Fernando is also a very honest man. He spent lots of time with me to answer my questions in great detail and provided lots of advice on how to proceed with my renovation in a very cost effective manner to obtain best value with my investment. To minimize my design costs, Fernando recommended I deal directly with the original architect that designed my home. As a result, Fernando did not take on the project. Nonetheless, Fernando has kept in touch to provide me with extra support. In the short period that I have dealt with Fernando, it is clear that he treats his projects with great detail and pride as if it were for his own home. Many thanks Fernando. We contacted Fernando on a contractors recommendation and immediately felt that we were in good hands. He is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, (found errors on a recent survey done by a very reputable surveying company), and put us in contact with members of his team, which offered the best advice possible. We listened to his teams advice and have now changed our project plans and are happy with the direction things have taken. I must add that our situation with the neighbors is less than ideal and Fernando and his team grasped the severity of the problem and worked out a detailed plan to move the plans along. We rebuilt our garage from the ground up. Right from the conception stage, to the designing, the permit and the final completion Fernando was always there. No questions were too silly.
