Fernando accommodated my schedule and promptly came to my home to provide initial consultation on my home renovation project. Fernando’s many years of experience and knowledge makes him a person that you want to speak with prior to commencing a major home project. Fernando reviewed my original blueprints and did a detailed inspection of my home to provide valuable advice and recommendation. He was quick to identify that the blueprints that I had on hand were not the final copy used by the builder to construct my home. Fernando is also a very honest man. He spent lots of time with me to answer my questions in great detail and provided lots of advice on how to proceed with my renovation in a very cost effective manner to obtain best value with my investment. To minimize my design costs, Fernando recommended I deal directly with the original architect that designed my home. As a result, Fernando did not take on the project. Nonetheless, Fernando has kept in touch to provide me with extra support.
