In 2002 we decided to have a one storey addition added to the rear of our two storey house. The addition was constructed to house a family member. Fernando and his team spend a great deal of time working on layouts and came up with a plan that made the best use of the space. The final result was a comfortable and usable living space. I would recommend GS Designers in an instant.

In 1999 I decided to renovate my 700 sq ft bungelow to 1300 sq ft as well as adding a brick garage. I wanted to make the kitchen larger as well as add an additional 2 bedrooms. We demolished the existing interior and put on a 17ft addition. I did not know where to start, so I went looking for someone who had experience in drafting the plans and as well as experience in building codes, along with previous dealings with the Committee of Adjustment. After interviewing a number of designers I went with GS Designs. I was very pleased with Fernando. Not only was he a great listener and he worked very hard to incorporate my vision of the house into the plans. He was always prompt and professional in all his dealings. Fernando submitted all the plans for the proposed addition and renovations to Committee of Adjustment. Everything cleared quickly. He also made all arrangements with the City for all the building permits. He also assisted me in hiring the contractor and dealing with the contractor as issues arised throughout the project. There was an additional fee for this and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made. Enclosing I recommend GS Design as they are very professional and definitely work on your behalf.
