I just had my furnace cleaned by Shawn MacKenzie. He was very prompt in coming and explained everything very clearly. He also provided a suggestions in making the system run more efficiently. I am very pleased with the prompt and courteous service.

We have purchased new furnace, sales representative Patrick was very punctual, informative and thorough with assessing what we require. The installment crew, Dan & Matt arrived on time with the new unit and proceeded with the installation promptly. Both Dan and Matt were very efficient, did a wonderful job installing the furnace. Thank you to Dan and Matt for their hard work, very much appreciated. We are very happy with the new furnace!!!

Shawn MacKenzie has shown high professionalism and great customer service skills while performing maintenance of our equipment. He arrived on time and performed a high quality job offering some valuable advice as a follow up.

Shawn (302-000480) was very efficient in his work and helpful with his advice and answering questions I had. He corrected us on the proper use of using either manual or Auto fan, & the use of our humidifier element.

The old thermostat broke the night before, were upfront with the prices. Emergency also handled regular service. The service guy (Sean) came promptly, he was professional. He did a great job of replacing the thermostat, while answering questions about thermostats. I would highly recommend this service to others.

Our serviceman Dean was very prompt, and located and repaired the trouble very expeditiously. He was courteous and helpful in answering our questions. We were very satisfied with the service experience.

Excellent work by Karl....thorough inspection, service and explanations. Service call was confirmed the previous day, call to inform that service representative, Karl, was on his way, and prompt arrival. Very satisfied with the company and it's employees.

Mr. MacKenzie was very polite and professional. Arrived in good time and did the work well and expediently. Was quite helpful in answering my questions about the HRV system.
