This company is awesome we were home in Cape Breton and our neighbour found out our furnace had shut off. The company was there within an hour to fix it. The guys that come to the house are always polite and when you book an appointment they are there within a reasonable amount of time.

Alex arrived on time, actually Francis moved the visit up a few days because there is a hot weekend coming up and they wanted to ensure the air conditioners were primed and ready to keep things cool.

He was friendly, informative and knew his stuff. He was neat and tidy and very thorough in his work. What else can you ask for? See you guys pre-winter for the furnace servicing!

Ten years ago Francis installed a new furnace and air conditioner I our home. Their service is exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a problem with the air conditioner this week, called in and received service hours later. Garrison Brown arrived promptly, identified the problem quickly, and repaired it. He was professional, friendly and answered all our questions.

Francis Home takes care of everything! From setting the appointment to easy and worry free checkup /repair. My apt. was for 10-12, I received a call at 930 saying the tech was on his way. Mr Paul Boyer showed up well before the arranged time , he was courteous and prepared for the job.
All checks were made and a repair was needed and explained prior. With the part in the truck Paul was able to complete the repair on the spot. I am very happy with the service Paul and Francis Home Environment provide for me and would definitely recommend them! Thanks.

Adam was friendly and worked independently in our home while I attended to some other tasks. When he was finished he provided me with a quick update concerning what he did in layman's terms, i.e. he didn't get caught up in a bunch of mumbo jumbo that I neither understood nor cared to hear about.

We’ve had nothing but outstanding service from Francis Home Environment services. When our furnace went out in the middle of the winter Francis was the only company who said we’ll be right over with some heaters for your house. They gave us a very good quote and ensured the furnace would be installed the next day. The next day they showed up and installed the furnace and we had heat again. Pool heater was on the fritz and we called for a service, Paul Boyer “ showed up determined the problem and fixed it within the hour. Annual checkup done quite professionally and quickly. Check was thorough and discussion with technician was very informative and helpful. We also scheduled our annual furnace maintenance at the same time.

The air conditioner check up was part of our annual A/C and furnace plan and our technician was Adam R. who also accompanied by a trainee Pat P. Both technicians were very personable and pleasant to deal with. They carried out the work quickly and gave me a full verbal assessment of the A/C unit. They left the work site neat and clean as if they had not even been there.

I would recommend Francis Home Environment to anyone. We have always been treated well by the company and their staff is both professional and pleasant to interact with.

Had our 29 year old Lennox AC replaced today. Because it was so old, it wasn't an easy task. Wires were not up to code anymore and lots had to be done in order to replace the old AC, but the team of Ian, Jon and their supervisor Terry was very handy. They identified and solved all the problems. We even had to call our electrician from a former job come in and fix a mess he had created with the electric panel. Terry stayed on site until everything was 100 % fixed and good to go. Those guys gave everything we wanted and even more because lots went wrong. Their day was longer then usual but they did manage to provide an excellent quality and professional service. We are very appreciative of their work. Francis Home is also associated with Costco and we got cash cards by going with them. Really happy of our choice. Recommended.
