We have been enjoying our fully renovated basement for a year now. This was a huge project as we started from scratch and ripped everything to rearrange our basement to add an office and fully equipped bathroom. While it took a little longer then originally expected and more costly (every reno project is anyways!), the end result was fantastic. There was some aches and pain along the way. Sometimes, Moe's team would let him down and make us a little frustrated by lack of attention to detail, but he really cares about his work and always found a way to fix things to our satisfaction. He said he would never leave our house without us being completely satisfied and it was the case. They even have been back to fix some electrical problem (at no cost) this year and they were super quick to come. Moe has great contacts for all kinds of material supplies. Really enjoyed the beginning part where he takes you around all day to chose those materials that will be vital to the project. It saved time, energy and effort for us. Our custom built wine rack and vanity in the bathroom look great. We widened both basement windows to brighten up the rooms. It used to be so cold down there. Now we can't get the kids to leave us the basement! I would recommend DTR. I know some people get frustrated sometimes with their contractors, but Moe is open to dialog and communication and he will take critics to make his team better and deliver a good project. In the end, while the project was getting overwhelmingly expensive, he was nice enough to give us a few "freebies" to lighten the weight! That was really appreciated.

Had our 29 year old Lennox AC replaced today. Because it was so old, it wasn't an easy task. Wires were not up to code anymore and lots had to be done in order to replace the old AC, but the team of Ian, Jon and their supervisor Terry was very handy. They identified and solved all the problems. We even had to call our electrician from a former job come in and fix a mess he had created with the electric panel. Terry stayed on site until everything was 100 % fixed and good to go. Those guys gave everything we wanted and even more because lots went wrong. Their day was longer then usual but they did manage to provide an excellent quality and professional service. We are very appreciative of their work. Francis Home is also associated with Costco and we got cash cards by going with them. Really happy of our choice. Recommended.
