Last January, our furnace quit in the middle of the night. A serviceman arrived early the next morning and set it to rights. Quick and efficient. Since the furnace was almost 20 years old, he recommended that we consider a new one. We agreed, and a salesman arrived within a couple of days. His explanation of the various options was clear and knowledgeable. We chose a two-stage furnace, and it was installed shortly thereafter. However, since it was January, the air conditioner outdoor unit was installed but could not be charged. Yesterday, Adam arrived to vacuum check the lines for leaks and charge the system with the refrigerant. He was a very efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with and answer questions. We were very pleased. I hope that Adam continues to enjoy his work, as skilled and knowledgeable servicemen are very important and sometimes underrated.

After inspecting the work I noticed a number of plugs were not put in place to cover holes in the venting system. Will need to call the company to fix the issues.

Adam was very helpful and polite during our fireplace servicing. We've recommended the company to a friend based on our experience with him as our technician. We have only positive things to say about the company as a whole. We have warranty coverage so we've only paid for parts, but the labour has been covered. Our OLD furnace started acting up with it running during the day and shutting off at night. Called Francis and they sent a technician right away. Matt inspected the unit and advised our control board needed to be replaced. The best part was he had the part (for an old furnace) in his van (didn’t have to order it or leave and get it) and had it fixed and running within an hour.

Matt was very professional and took the time to explain not only what he was doing but also helped educate me on some things to consider when we ultimately replace it (he wasn’t pushing a sale at all which I truly appreciated)

After determining there was an issue with an A/C coolant leak in the coil above the furnace together with the fact the furnace, although working fine, was 18 years old the decision was made to replace both units. The technician who came out arranged for the Sales Rep to come and see me later in the day. Kyle the Sales Rep arrived and after some discussion, my answering a number of questions and him taking numerous measurements we decided on the replacements HVAC units. Arrangements were made for the installation team to come the next morning to do the installation. At the appointed time Ian and Kevin the installers arrived and Ian thoroughly explained all that was going to take place during the installation. After rolling out their protective carpets they set about their task of changing out the furnace. It was agreed that with the cold conditions and amount of snow around the A/C Unit that they would deal with it when the weather improved. Ian & Kevin did an excellent job with the new furnace installation, improving accessibility for maintenance and access to our central vac which was behind the furnace. Throughout the process they cheerfully answered questions and explained why they were doing things the way they did. It was an all-day event and at the end of the day my wife and I were extremely pleased with the whole process. The efficiency and pleasantness of both Ian & Kevin was exemplary.

Inconsistent temperature in house with what I thought was a faulty thermostat. Turns out it was a pressure switch on furnace and blocked condensate drain line. This was diagnosed in minutes by Adam the technician who went about his business and got our furnace up and running again. Adam's competence and self-assured manner set my mind at ease. Then the best news - my furnace had not actually died (phew). Adam arrived within the estimated time, was friendly, knew what he was doing, and was out in less than an hour. Service has always been top notch. Thanks for a great outcome on a cold winter day.
