The humidifier was not working. I had installed a new furnace and noticed it was working.
When I called on a saturday they came the same day.
Turned out to be wiring problem.
The service tech Adam Riera was excellent.

Have been using them for 18 years - always happy with their service and professionalism. On the rare occasion that things have not gone well, they make it right and always in a timely manner.

The Furnace fan was acting up on our 4 yr old Carrier. The Tech diagnosed and informed us that the fan was faulty. Tech was very informative, polite and efficient.

Clayton Romain was out to do our annual maintenance check this morning. Very courteous and professional (double his salary!), on time, no mess, explained what he did and went through all the findings, changed the filter for us and made a couple of recommendations. Great service!

Adam Riera did a great job in the annual servicing of our furnace. Hardly believable any longer to find such professional, competent and friendly service. He cleaned and tested the furnace; explained thoroughly repair issues; vacuumed and washed the filter; installed a new humidifier screen, which we supplied; no extra charges; and was helpful with suggestions. He gave us a full written report. We are very satisfied.

We have used Francis Home Environment for years and always find their service folks both efficient and excellent at explaining the services provided each visit. This year, Adam cleaned our furnace after construction in our basement and spent the extra time necessary to get all the dust. I have never had an issue after they have completed their annual maintenance. In addition, their trucks are always stocked with the filters needed to complete the job in one visit. Finally, Adam left the work site clean with everything returned to its original state.

We had a new furnace and a new air conditionner installed in May 2018. Around October, I wanted to program the thermostat and I read the instructions manual attentively. I tried once, twice and a third time but it did not work. I phoned the company to ask if I could get some help and sure enough I could for a small one hundred dollars and a few pennies more. I said it was a shame. And finally, the dispatcher decided to send a technician at no cost. The technician (Adam Riera) came. He was kind and efficient. I thanked him profusely. lb
