Adam was very helpful and polite during our fireplace servicing. We've recommended the company to a friend based on our experience with him as our technician. We have only positive things to say about the company as a whole. We have warranty coverage so we've only paid for parts, but the labour has been covered. Worthwhile checking out the company and getting the warranty coverage.
