The work was completed very professionally, and without delay. The new equipment was explained well. The technician was courteous and friendly, communicated well. I have no problem recommending Francis Home Environment to others.

Sales person that came to our home listened to our needs, was very thorough and reasonable. When we discussed our situation for wanting to gather quotes from other companies, he had to call his manager to take equipment off hold. At this time the manager, decided that he would give his opinion on our situation, without meeting us or hearing the full story in an aggressive attempt of sales pressure. Before this conversation we had a good feeling of Francis home, after speaking with the manager this turned sour. The sales associate was great! His manager lost the sale.

Service was on time as scheduled. Technician was professional. We have total trust in Francis Home Heating. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing Heating or air conditioner products and or service.

Excellent service provided by the technician Vishaldi (hopefully I am spelling that correctly). Had issue with hot water tank and called for service on a holiday weekend. Able to come the same day, address the issue and do it all during these difficult times of pandemic with safety procedures. With rental contract the service was covered and issue addressed. Two young but completely competent and knowledgable men showed up nearly an hour ahead of schedule (after first phoning to ask if that was all right).
They first spread a walking carpet from inside the front door through the hall and kitchen and all the way down the stairs to the basement and on to the furnace room. They explained every step of their procedure to my satisfaction and set about working to complete each step exactly as described, always ready to stop to answer any question that occured to me. In just under three hours they were finished and on their way, leaving our house as if no one had been there. It was spotless.
We've been with Francis for many years for all of our heating, cooling and related installation and maintenance needs, and they have never been less that totally competent and enjoyable to work with. Today was another example of the consistent excellence of their work.
