Sales person that came to our home listened to our needs, was very thorough and reasonable. When we discussed our situation for wanting to gather quotes from other companies, he had to call his manager to take equipment off hold. At this time the manager, decided that he would give his opinion on our situation, without meeting us or hearing the full story in an aggressive attempt of sales pressure. Before this conversation we had a good feeling of Francis home, after speaking with the manager this turned sour. The sales associate was great! His manager lost the sale.
