Excellent service provided by the technician Vishaldi (hopefully I am spelling that correctly). Had issue with hot water tank and called for service on a holiday weekend. Able to come the same day, address the issue and do it all during these difficult times of pandemic with safety procedures. With rental contract the service was covered and issue addressed.
