Garrison did an excellent job. He came on time, introduced himself, was pleasant, polite and efficient, and brought in with him all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. Before beginning he checked to make sure his work order and my expectations were a match, and asked if I had noticed any problems or had areas of concern.

I checked in on him a couple of times and received clear explanations of what he was doing and the state of the furnace. He found an electrical short in the humidifier system and was able to fix that promptly. On leaving the furnace room he checked to see he hadn't left anything behind, and made sure the lights were switched off.

In short, he was an excellent representative for his company, Francis Home Environment, and we would be happy to have Garrison back again.

called ahead, arrived on time, covid protocol in place. wore protective footware, explained proceedure, changed furnace and humidifier filters, tested furnace and cleaned unit, reviewed service plan. advised renewal next year with AC service. advised furnace in perfect working order. many thanks for a job well done.

My furnace stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Francis eventually sent over a technician that night, but he didn't have the necessary part to do the repair and had to return the next morning. Over night, my house temp dropped down to 11 degrees, but I was provided a portable space heater to tide me over, which was greatly appreciated.

The technician, Garrison, was very accommodating and went out of his way to help my cause. Everything he did was explained up front, and he made sure I fully understood my options. He was excellent.

Cory was prompt, courteous and thorough. He took extra steps ro ensure proper job was done. Explained how things worked. We'd highly recommend Cory to take care of your heating needs.

NEVER NEVER consider this company when converting from oil to gas. They leave YOU to do all the work when it is THEIR responsibility to ensure gas lines are installed before furnace installation. A true nightmare. PLEASE research first before involving them

A power surge fried the motherboard in my furnace which affected the operation of my AC.
Cory was the tech sent to my home by the company. He was well informed, on time, and very pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it and explained the warranty. I would rate him a 10!
