Furnace tune up

Mike was the technician who did my furnace check. He was very thorough. He even noticed a problem with one of my pipes coming from my water heater and tightened it up to make it safer. I was very impressed and so appreciated what he had done. Mike did an amazing job!!

Covid delays

Ottawa

Part needed replacing in October but unfortunately due to restrictions, Garrison couldn’t find the part anywhere. He got the furnace working till the part came in almost 4 months later. As soon as it came in, Garrison was here the next day installing the needed part. Thank you Garrison, for keeping on top of it!

Furnace Maintenance

Scott was very professional and knowledgable, he was also reliable in that he showed when he said he would, did what he was supposed to, and went above and beyond by providing extra advice on Humidifier & HRV. He as very honest about my furnace in that it's almost 20yrs old and needs to be changed and he gave me some good strategies.

Excellent service.

Ottawa

On a very cold day my furnace suddenly would not produce any heat. The problem was efficiently resolved within hours of my call. Duy is a very knowledgeable technician who waived the diagnostic charge.
