Wow, is what I have to say about the service we received from Lux Windows. From the sales process to the final installation.
Darryl and Steve who come to install our new patio door were amazing. Love the product, we choose to go with a new sliding door with the blinds inside, looks gorgeous and work amazing.

We replaced all windows in our home and were impressed with every aspect of the Lux experience. Our salesman Derek gave us lots of space to make our decision and came back enthusiastically a second time to go through the order with us.

The Lux hybrid product we selected (metal clad exterior, vinyl interior) looks great and provides an excellent warranty (25 years) which I am sure will provide us with many years of peace of mind. We obtained two other quotes for significantly higher costs. I was so pleased with the installation process and the final result. I must say that the installation crew led by Jack (and including Melissa, John, Chris and others) was terrific. I was very worried about my kitchen backsplash and some custom window mouldings that had to be removed, but I need not have worried. In fact, I believe Melissa put the custom window trim back on better than they were before. Jack instructed me on the window use/screen removal. They were professional, highly skilled and what a fine team they make!!

The day after installation a quality control visit was paid and it was determined that one of the seals was compromised allowing some moisture in - Lux looked after that immediately and to our complete satisfaction.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lux! My only suggestion to future customers is to look carefully at the exterior sample colors in all kinds of light. We made our decision in the flat light of January and although it looks just fine (we chose bronze) with our black doors if I had it to do over I would have chosen black!!

I will look forward to hearing from you about the said glass replacement in due course.

Used Lux Windows before and this time I did not hesitate to call them for my new windows on the second floor of our home. Professional installation and courtesy follow up by field technician is the best customer service that I had. Quality of the Lux windows is great and you can feel the difference right away. I will highly recommend Lux to anybody regardless of the size of the project.

This is my second experience with Lux. In 2013 they installed a new patio door for me. When I decided to replace my windows recently I didn't look at anyone else - just went to Steve @ Lux to get a price. They did an excellent job with the patio door -no hassles for me - and they did the same this time. They employ first class staff.

Had six new windows installed in a older home. Everything from setting up a quote to checking their work was easy. They did a great job, so checking it was simple. Installers did the best they could with keeping everything clean after they finished. I have more windows and doors to be replaced still and won't hesitate on letting Lux do the rest of my work!

We had all our windows replaced in our house. The salesman (Shawn) was wonderful and answered every question we had & made recommendations that we never thought of. The guys that came out to do our windows were awesome. They were friendly, very clean & went above and beyond. Truly the best in town. We have had people stop and ask about our new windows and would HIGHLY recommend Lux windows.

My wife and I recently decided to replace all of the windows on the top floor in our house, so we gave Lux a call. Annie Tinkler was very thorough in going over all of the options and breaking the quote down for us, and the installation crew worked efficiently and in a very timely manner to complete the project. There will be no question as to who we will solicit when the day comes to replace the rest of the windows throughout the remainder of our home.

We had large window replaced in our family and the entire experience was excellent. The quality and design of the window is also excellent. The delivery and installation of the window was done in a most professional manner with total attention to detail. Runners were placed to protect our flooring and to keep the work area clean. Our whole experience from site visit to finalize measurements, to receive a quote, to scheduling and installation was excellent. Thank you Lux for a job well done.

We had Lux replace a few windows and a door last winter and then had a few more windows replaced a few weeks ago. We have been extremely impressed with the Lux team - Shaun, whom we met at the showroom and who did a thorough job measuring all of our windows and consulting with us on the best designs; Ian and Brett, the outstanding, efficient and personable installers; and Doug, who came out to inspect and test all the windows and the door we had replaced in the past 2 years and gave us some helpful tips and information. Their products have been top notch and so has their service. We would recommend Lux to anyone and everyone!
