I called Lux to replace my upstairs patio door as they had done the downstairs one about two years ago. Suzanne came to do the measurements, I requested that Daryl be the installer as he had done the previous door and I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Excellent work-fast, efficient, clean. I would recommend Lux. Also Lux had replaced all my windows 5 years ago with the same result.

I was referred by my friends who also used Lux to replace their windows. I got Steve's business card and gave him a call. He came over and gave me quotes to replace all windows. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I then placed a PO. Darryl was our installer, he was also great and professional. Once the windows were installed, they sent a field supervisor to check the works. I feel that the whole process is very comforting, easy, and professional from the customer service, sales, installer and post implementation.

Service and product were great. Well worth the going with the best.
would recommend to anyone thinking about adding value to their house. Would like to look into new doors next year.

I had a few issues with the salesman, he didn't really know to much. But after the manager stepped in everything went smoother like it usually does. Installation was a success.

Great service from start to finish. Every member of the team was here when expected and respond to inquiries were met in a timely fashion. Installer did a fantastic job and was easy to have around. We've been using Lux for a few years now, three separate jobs, and have always been very happy with the product and especially the service. From the showroom to the jobsite, all the folks have been courteous and professional. Quotes are quick, production schedules have been met and we've always hit our install date. As well, the installers have shown up on time, and are very conscientious about their work. We've had a couple of warranty issues, from a minor adjustment to a full sash replacement due to a manufacturing defect. Both were handled quickly, without question, to our satisfaction. We'll certainly be back.

Thanks for the follow up note…

The windows are beautiful, and preforming as expected.
We’ve noticed the difference in heat transfer already, as this is a welcome advantage to these great new windows.
There seems to be no issues with any of the window installations so far, but we will keep you posted should anything arise.
However, the one thing I do miss is the bronze tint we had on the old windows…loved the look, and the slight privacy.

Jack and his team were very engaging, and a pleasure to work with.
They worked as a team; cleaning as they went, and completed a very professional job every day.
We had a couple minor breakages, but were resolved immediately.
All in all, they were very engaging, respectful of the house, and did a great job!!!

Overall …Elaine and I are very pleased with the whole experience dealing with Lux, and we’ve been very proactive promoting you to our neighbors and friends as the discussion comes up.
I will be keeping the sign on the lawn for some time to promote Lux…
