Drain Man The

The Drain Man is such a reliable company and send only their best plumbers, always! Bernard and Abdul were very careful while cutting away the ceiling and wall in our 104 year-old home. Things were all finished, and we had put a lot of work into the place, including custom wood panelling in the dining room and also a completely renovated bathroom with finished wall tiles. They gained access through the bedroom and nothing was disturbed in either the bathroom nor the dining room. They take extra time to explain what the problem is, and why they are doing what they do. They were also very sympathetic with us, as they know how stressful a nasty leak is, and did everything to keep us calm.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Angelo came to repair the outside PVC pipe expelling water from the sump pump that his team installed a few months prior. He quickly diagnosed the problem, (design flaw) came up with a solution, and executed the job in a timely manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, and I would highly recommend his services and those of his team. Although a supervisor, he executed the job himself, and the problem is now solved! The water coming from our sump pump is now redirected to a much better place!

Angelo was a fantastic person. He came by our house six weeks ago to install another toilet I had ordered from another supplier. It did not fit right. He took down the correct measurement and he came back with the correct toilet to install. He did a great job and is very knowledgeable.

Angelo came today to fix our plumbing issue in the master bedroom ensuite, which involved installing new parts in the toilet and snaking the drain. He was professional, quick, friendly and did a great job in super fast time. Highly recommend this company. We have used them before and repeat, happy customers.

The next technician (Jimmy) that came was very nice, but i did not find him to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient, nor have the willingness to do the work!
