Factory Flooring

Picked laminate and was given bill. Installer came to remeasure before install. Was told to pick up product that saturday. Product was not available. Couldnt get a hold of sales person. Waited for call back 3x. Finally got a hold of office person to find out what was going on. Was told that they deliver product and was given date for delivery. Finally got a hold of sales person, but was never told that my order was changed from 15 boxes of product to 13 boxes. Found that out when delivery came with an adjusted bill (their copy not mine) however was still being charged for 15 boxes on install. Install was done and final bill was more than my original invoice and was given to us, by installer when store was closed. So we couldnt even dispute the charge on the bill till the following day, to which they said the bill was adjusted for 2 boxes less but apparently needed an extra molding and that charge for one piece of molding was more than the 2 boxes of product . After 11 phone calls on our part, of trying to get information and never told about adjustments on bill, delivery of product and never actually given a true tally of what we were paying for, we are not pleased with how this company does business. We did phone this company the following morning and was told that the bill for installation was adjusted for the 2 boxes of product and that 1 extra piece of molding was needed and thats why our bill was more than the original invoice. We are waiting for a copy of the final bill with the actual pricing on it. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody

The assistance we received choosing the best flooring option for our needs was outstanding. The delivery guys were on time, friendly & respectful. The installer was also on time, friendly & respectful. His work was very professional. We are extremely happy with the results.

Space Cadets. Buy your carpet or flooring elsewhere. Whole process was not a pleasant experience. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. They made up for it in the end but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was the first store we went to and we did not even consider looking elsewhere.
We got a beautiful carpet at a very reasonable price.

We bought our laminate flooring from this store for 3 out of the 4 floors we did in our home.
We purchased the laminate for the first room we did at a big box store and now we regret it. The quality is so poor that after only 3 years it is in terrible condition.
After going to Factory Flooring we will never get flooring at at big box store again. For only 30 cents/square foot more than the big box place we got some really quality flooring.
The prices are great and so is the selection.
But above all the main reason we keep going back is the customer service.
We were short 3 pieces when doing our playroom floor and really didn't want to buy another full box. My husband called to see what they could do. The woman he spoke to said to come on in. He immediately went over and she handed him our 3 needed pieces free of charge!
I can't even give you the name of a great employee we've dealt with because they have all been great. There's always someone available to help and they are all knowledgable, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to make your experience a great one.

I love my floor, but the installation process was not that good. There are gaps that l am not happy with and we had to have a repair due to a nail. I called the person who sold us the flooring and he told he would call me at the end of the day to see if we had wood to fix the problems. I never heard from him and l am disappointed that he did not follow up with us as he told me that he would do. Overall l like the wood but not the installation. If you use their installers then be on them the whole time and watch the job they do. I would think that installation is an art and you should watch the pieces that you are putting down or natural defects that DO not need to go down but can put cut out.

I went in looking for hardwood they had fantastic prices and Great service.the sales staff were very helpful. I will be doing all my future flooring projects there. Thank you :o)
