The contracting went smoothly and the windows were ready for installation earlier than advertised. The employees were careful most of the time with a couple of exceptions where they left tools and materials on furniture. They cleaned up inside and outside the house after completion. They also were careful when removing some windows that I wanted to keep. They were willing and helpful in helping me solve minor problems that were not part of the contract, which saved me a lot of headaches. They remained very polite throughout and accepted that I overlook their work almost the whole time. They also provided me with advice on follow-on work I would have to do.

Crew came on time to start work and completed an installation of seven windows in approximately 6hrs. They did an excellent job on the installation (I think), and cleaned up thoroughly after they left. They talked me through the work they did too.

Wow, very professional and hard working crew. They make you feel like you're part of the team. Very good people and easy to talk to.

Both gentlemen were very nice and did a great job.

Now I'm just waiting for the warranty and receipt which I was told I should get the day the work was done via email and I have yet to receive anything by email

Very nice installation. The molding were also kept to match the rest of the house.

I was very pleased and impressed with the windows and doors and how hard the 2 young men worked to make sure everything was done properly.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Extreme care taken with regards to avoiding damage to furniture and objects. Cleanup exceeded expectations. Sole installer was polite and professional throughout the project, readily available to answer any posed questions.

The work was done professionally for the most part, one window was caulked by the trainee and was not as neat as the other 3
windows, but overall the windows look great and the clean up was tidy.

I had a new window opening cut in the outside wall and a window installed
