The contracting went smoothly and the windows were ready for installation earlier than advertised. The employees were careful most of the time with a couple of exceptions where they left tools and materials on furniture. They cleaned up inside and outside the house after completion. They also were careful when removing some windows that I wanted to keep. They were willing and helpful in helping me solve minor problems that were not part of the contract, which saved me a lot of headaches. They remained very polite throughout and accepted that I overlook their work almost the whole time. They also provided me with advice on follow-on work I would have to do.
