Replaced 25 year pls furnace and installed a new AC unit
I attempted to use the brand new AC unit this week it failed and it will take 2weeks to repair it. Not impressed

From start to finish Action was great. Very professional. Quote was the most detailed of the 5 we got. Installers were great. On time and very professional. They know what they are doing. They took the time to explain everything. Proof will truly be how long this new unit lasts and If something does break how the warranty is covered. Very impressed with action furnace

Ive used Action Furnace since fall of 2009 and cannot imagine ever going to anyone else. From the booking, setting up the Comfort Club Membership, billing, technicians or anyone else Ive ever come into contact with, the service and peace of mind Ive received from Action Furnace has always been wonderful.

Today my furnace received a safety inspection as well as a cleanup of my hot water tank, and Dale really went all out for me. Hes very personable, respectful, efficient, provides clear explanations for everything- and didnt leave so much as a speck of mess behind.

I also asked Dale about a humidifier and was excited to learn that having one installed would be quite affordable! Yay!!

Looking forward to the duct cleaning (and beyond) after my home renovation is completed.

We previously called another company and the tech had no idea what was wrong with our furnace. Then we called Action furnace and was impressed with their communication, and commitment to safety. They did a safety inspection on our furnace (the previous company failed to do so) and found some extra issues. The tech was able to diagnose the issue with the furnace and provide an exact price to replace. The tech was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

my furnace was diagnosed by the technician Dylyan he was very friendly and very efficient and explained every thing after wards and he answered all my questions thank you Dylyan and action furnace for super reliable service I highly recommend action furnace for all my friends and family members.

- Had my water shut off all day and then installers didn't even turn on my hot water before leaving and damaged one of the connections... I went almost 24 hours without hot water..
- The installers never reassembled what they took apart to get the furnace inside ether..
- They never used drop sheets in the area they were working in and I had concrete dust, and other debris all over my basement. Woke up the next day without any hot water to have a shower and had to get down and start scrubbing floors, because thats why I paid them $8000, just so their employees don't finish their jobs.. The funny part is they send you a email before the job starts and say that "THEY WILL CLEAN UP EVERYTHING"" I guess thats just more dishonesty though..
- I have found that the installer ripped the bottom layer of my siding off and damaged it to drill holes in the foundation and never put it back, because its broken obviously..
- My hot water tank is making sounds like a jackhammer, whereas it was perfectly fine before... It's quite a coincidence since they were trying to get me to buy one when they were installing the furnace, its like magic that it started making these noises days later don't you think???
- After speaking to management they have blamed a bird for my hot water tank making jackhammer noises.... Quite the excuse for not wanting to honour their warranty...
- They then offered me $150 off a new $3500 water tank.. Hahaha
- They left the holes they drilled in my foundation unsealed with huge openings that water or insects could get inside my home..
- Management made excuses for all the damages their employees did in and around my house, leaving doors and gates wide open when leaving. Zero accountability.
- The water tank is now making other banging sounds and constantly making a ticking noise.. I bet that must be other birds that live in my furnace right Action Furnace?
- They don't Honour their slogan "FIXED RIGHT OR ITS FREE! WE GUARANTEE!", because I am sitting here with a broken water tank still..

The Action Furnace team did a great job (21 Apr, 8-12 slot, NW Calgary). Took their time to work through the tune-up and communicated their recommendations clearly. They were not focused on pushing additional sales which I appreciated, and walked me through the work they had done before leaving. Great service from the guys.

We are the third household in our family to use Action Furnace. Marc was terrific to work with and covered all our questions thoroughly. The office staff were very helpful. Michael, the installer, along with Manny were great and made sure we understood the unit operation.
Everyone was very approachable and professional.

I am happy that i call action furnce love they are service and i am continue to work with them.

Matt from Action furnace came by to service the heating unit and clean the ducts.
Very good service. He did the little xtras that make all the difference.
