Ive used Action Furnace since fall of 2009 and cannot imagine ever going to anyone else. From the booking, setting up the Comfort Club Membership, billing, technicians or anyone else Ive ever come into contact with, the service and peace of mind Ive received from Action Furnace has always been wonderful. Today my furnace received a safety inspection as well as a cleanup of my hot water tank, and Dale really went all out for me. Hes very personable, respectful, efficient, provides clear explanations for everything- and didnt leave so much as a speck of mess behind. I also asked Dale about a humidifier and was excited to learn that having one installed would be quite affordable! Yay!! Looking forward to the duct cleaning (and beyond) after my home renovation is completed. Thanks! All of you have been phenomenal!

When my dryer duct became obviously clogged last fall, so badly could smell the lint throughout my house (*cough *sneeze), I found it difficult to find a company in Calgary that would clean and go so far as to actially SCRUB out (vs. just blowing out) a VERY LONG dryer duct with multiple bends, and the vent. After getting a no-call-back from the only other company I could find in town to provide such a service, I finally came across Dryer Vent Experts. I had an appointment booked with them soon after and received an amazing job done. Very fast service (and friendly!), and immediate relief so that my home air was clean and I could finally use my dryer again!

Always a great job. I've been calling them since Oct 2009 when they installed my then-new furnace (approx. cost considers the '09 rebates), which was done fast and efficient, and have never had a problem - that is, until this fall when it suddenly shut down out of the blue.. Justin came and took a look, along with the regular cleaning and inspection, and he found 4 BEES that had made their way in during the summer - Hence, the bee blockage caused an emergency shut-off. I really don't think anyone else would have been able to see the problem without a lot of searching, but Justin found it in no time flat.
