Jack arrived at the house 10 minutes early, he was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. He provided great service and advice about our Maytag Neptune washing machine (it has more than one problem, including burnt out control board and a leak in the bottom) and based on what the new control board costs we decided not to repair it. Jack helped us decide by providing possible scenarios, and he also gave us advice about what to look for in a new front loading washer. I will definitely call Jack again next time we have an appliance problem.
