My furnace and humidifier installation was scheduled for Wed but my furnace stopped working Fri night, 5 days before the install day. I contacted Leon, the sales manager, on his day off and he was able to reschedule the installation for Mon. He also offered me space heaters so my family and I wouldn't be cold until the installation day.

Peter and Jason came on Mon, removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. They answered any questions I had and even offered me some recommendations which I appreciated. They were quick and efficient in the removal and installation and cleaned up when they were finished.
