Had M&K from London Ontario replace our furnace and Air-conditioning units, at first glance everything seemed ok but after looking at other installations by other companies I felt fooled .The installation of the Furnace duct work was very sloppy and foil tape used everywhere to hide gaps. The piping of inlet and exhaust was messy and not installed neat or tidy. The air filter cannot be removed without folding it over and completely ruining it while checking it! The Air condition unit was wobbly on its base so M&K wedged scrap pieces of metal under it to try and balance it out like using napkins under unstable table legs at a Tim Hortons. To top it off an infraction was filed by gas company because the Air Conditioner was to close to the gas meter which has not been formally addressed by M&K. The cost was substantial to have The Lennox Elite series installed,
After repeated attempts to speak with someone other than a tier one call centre employee I have not been able to have anyone come out and address any of these issues. We have paid M&K for the complete Install.
I would strongly recommend not using this Company and try to find a Company local and smaller who can you can actually speak directly too .

My mother has an annual service contract with M&K, and we recently had the annual inspection of the furnace.

The M&K technician (Chad) did a very thorough job explaining everything he was doing in layman's terms. Chad was very professional and personable.

He identified several areas of concern and as a result we had a new system installed.

We will be asking for Chad to be the one who does the annual maintenance next year.

The crew that came out today on June 17 2020 was phenomenal...Nolan and Scott were professional and thorough...A coil had to be installed in attic n as tight and hot (130°F) it was to install they completed it..highly recommend this company

Excellent sales representative (Matt) gave us lots of options and not high pressure sales. Three days later system installed by Stefan and Blaine. Excellent flawless job. Courteous and clean. Definitely will have them back when it’s time for a furnace. Highly recommend M & K for over 30 years.

I had Matt come out and repair/replace a combustion/air blower motor. He came out on a Sunday morning and completed the repair in good time. Very honest, personable and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
