My mother has an annual service contract with M&K, and we recently had the annual inspection of the furnace. The M&K technician (Chad) did a very thorough job explaining everything he was doing in layman's terms. Chad was very professional and personable. He identified several areas of concern and as a result we had a new system installed. We will be asking for Chad to be the one who does the annual maintenance next year.
