We recently purchased a home in the North End of St. Catharines, built in 1974. The property had approximately 1300 sqft of popcorn ceiling that we wanted to replace. Prior to removal, we opted to test for Asbestos, just in case.

Two separate tests were performed by independent labs and both showed the presence of asbestos. With this unfortunate news in hand, we began the search for a reliable and qualified asbestos abatement company in the region. With 2 small kids at home, we wanted the work to be done correctly from the start. We had them come in to remove our old asbestos pipes from the old boiler system as we were converting to forced air. They were very accommodating with my renovation schedule changes. They were on time, clean, friendly and knew what they were doing.
