We recently purchased a home in the North End of St. Catharines, built in 1974. The property had approximately 1300 sqft of popcorn ceiling that we wanted to replace. Prior to removal, we opted to test for Asbestos, just in case.
Two separate tests were performed by independent labs and both showed the presence of asbestos.
