Very disappointed with this company. Service technician did a diagnosis of my Kenmore washer without even checking the appliance. This was $86 (including taxes) for 10 seconds. The technician told me the entire charge for the repair and diagnosis would be $190. 'I waited one day and called the company back for clarification of this. I was then told that the entire cost would be even higher at $214. This would include a charge of $65 for the part. I found the same part for $21 on Amazon. This overcharging is reprehensible.Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

Appliance solutions sent a repair man to my house to fix my fridge. They did not show up on time, when he finally arrived he said it would cost more to fix the fridge then to replace it. He was there 10 min and i got a bill for $240 and my fridge wasn't fixed!! AVOID APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS
