Very disappointed with this company. Service technician did a diagnosis of my Kenmore washer without even checking the appliance. This was $86 (including taxes) for 10 seconds. The technician told me the entire charge for the repair and diagnosis would be $190. 'I waited one day and called the company back for clarification of this. I was then told that the entire cost would be even higher at $214. This would include a charge of $65 for the part. I found the same part for $21 on Amazon. This overcharging is reprehensible.Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!
