Ace Self Storage

If you’re look for a place to store your items Ace Self Storage is a great place. For just under a year I rented a unit while transitioning from one location to another in the Ottawa area. There are multiple unit sizes to choose from and there were pallets provided so I didn’t have to worry about furniture/cushions etc. being damaged sitting on the ground. There’s overhead lighting which provides easy access to all your items no matter the time of day.
Ace Self Storage customer service is phenomenal, at the time I was in a pinch to move my items and they were more than happy to meet me right away and get things organized. With the units being situated just outside Kanata it’s not the easiest to get to, but they were more than accommodating when it came to meeting places and payment methods. Their rates are great and I would use their services again and definitely recommend their service to everyone.

I have used Ace Self storage now 3 different times and I've found the service to be friendly and efficient. Units come with pallets to keep items off the floor, interior lights and easy access. It had been suggested to me by my real estate agent that I should look for indoor storage, but at $190/month for a small unit, it was just going to be too expensive. I have stored many things there over the years- from cloths, to mattresses, reclining chairs, books...well, the list is endless. There is a reason I have gone back to them 3 different times. Price, for sure. Location- it's OK. Service has always been good and the owner(s) have been very accommodating in being at the unit whenever I needed them. I give them a strong recommendation.
