Hello, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Upon signing the contract we have personally informed you on our warranty. The details are highlighted in the back of the contract. We have sent our technician multiple times, however, no one was home to answer the door. We have always been responsive for your calls and tried to help you out even though it was no installation issues. Our technician even have cleaned the tracks for your screen free of charge,that was maintainance issues,not installation.
