The clear and timely communication was what really impressed me during the quote and site inspection part of this job. I felt that my time was respected and that I always had a really good understanding of what was going on, or about to happen at all times. The reasonable quote was offered and accepted, and once my deposit was sent the work started. The Deck and Pergola were completed as quoted, and in the exact time line they told me it would be done. There were little enhancements and suggestions from both side along the way that resulted in a beautiful functional addition to our home. The team treated my Family and my property with respect. The site was left clean when there were done. There were no loose ends to worry about. I have already recommended Ultimate Home Exteriors to several of my friends and co-workers.
