We got a 10 out of 10 service from Aurora. Buying windows is a once in a lifetime purchase mostly. We met Felix who guided us through the process. He was top notch. During his home visit he anticipated our needs and expressed his ideas with true professionalism. Thank you Felix. You were a great help.
It came to installation time. Vitali and his son Max were on site doing the install. They worked in sync setting up the home (floor mats etc.) for the 3.5 day job. It is clear that they knew what they were doing. Vitali, with his 16 years experience, after me telling him how impressed I was at the quality of workmanship stated "Are you expecting anything different"?...Now that was first class... A gentleman who knows just how to deliver a quality job.
Needless to say, we are planning the replacement of our entry and patio doors in the spring... We will not bother to look for estimates from other companies... We will go straight to Aurora.

The selections were incredible and the quality exceptional. Maxim, the installer with his son were extremely professional and very competent with their abilities. All aspects of their work was 5 star. Their cleanup was awesome. Except for the new door you would not know they were even here. From the first estimate to the final day of installation, Aurora Windows was absolutely great to deal with and very professional. Their estimate was spot on and fair, and for 8 windows, a patio door, and a garage side door there was a lot of work to do. But everything was completed in the time expected, they kept the work area clean, and took the time to explain how everything worked. Definitely a positive difference in the house with the new windows, which are high quality. Great service, great workmanship, and quality products. Would definitely hire them again!

This company is competitively priced, but more importantly, does excellent work. We are grateful to Alon for all his support throughout the installation process. He and the staff provide prompt, courteous replies to questions. We are happy to support independent, local businesses who can match, or beat, the big box stores in price and customer service.

These folks are the best I dealt with by quite a margin. Just for context I contacted about 5 different contractors to get a quote. Most play the game of quoting high and waiting for you to get other prices to then lower theirs. Frankly I can't stand that, you should give your best competitive quote upfront, which is exactly what Alon did, I like his honest no nonsense approach. He also explained in great detail how I can improve things now that in replacing windows and doors. So the sales was excellent.

The service was also top class, Vitaly and his team true professionals, the finishing was good and the cleanup was spotless. My rooms upstairs are so much warmer now with the new windows.

Support is one of the main criteria most companies fall behind on, the guys are awesome. I had a small concern/query and it was immediately addressed holding true to their warranty. Windows and doors are a big investment I am glad I went with them. If you thinking about an upgrade, go ahead and contact these guys. They are the best!
