We recently had basement windows installed by Aurora Windows. About 5 years ago they also installed all the main level windows and doors in our house. This company is competitively priced, but more importantly, does excellent work. We are grateful to Alon for all his support throughout the installation process. He and the staff provide prompt, courteous replies to questions. We are happy to support independent, local businesses who can match, or beat, the big box stores in price and customer service.

These folks are the best I dealt with by quite a margin. Just for context I contacted about 5 different contractors to get a quote. Most play the game of quoting high and waiting for you to get other prices to then lower theirs. Frankly I can't stand that, you should give your best competitive quote upfront, which is exactly what Alon did, I like his honest no nonsense approach. He also explained in great detail how I can improve things now that in replacing windows and doors. So the sales was excellent.

The service was also top class, Vitaly and his team true professionals, the finishing was good and the cleanup was spotless. My rooms upstairs are so much warmer now with the new windows.

Support is one of the main criteria most companies fall behind on, the guys are awesome. I had a small concern/query and it was immediately addressed holding true to their warranty. Windows and doors are a big investment I am glad I went with them. If you thinking about an upgrade, go ahead and contact these guys. They are the best!

Use this company if you want water damage after paying them to install new windows. This is what I found after Vitoli said he was done. If you dont have a 20 foot ladder to check their work dont use them. This company is not to be trusted

This company did not honour the work they agreed to do. We got a ladder to check their work and thats how we found out. When we told them they refused to replace what they initially were supposed to and just used caulking.
When we said we werent paying the balance until the agreed work was completed they threatened to send us to a collection agency and cancel our warranty. We then paid them and they said they would send their guys back to do the work they were supposed to initially do but they were charging us $200 plus tax and advised us they werent responsible for any damages they may cause in the process.
We obviously declined having them return in fear they would cause damages to our home.
Not an honest company. Its family run and they side with each other even when one is in the wrong they stick together instead of doing the right thing and honouring their word to the customer.

We had just about all of our windows in our home replaced with new casements and I cant thank Felix and the installation crew for their hard work and dedication. They paid careful attention and had no problem accomodating our our request for a particular trim. They certainly deserve more than 5 stars for doing a fine job! Now we know exactly who to contact for our doors. If you are looking to replace your windowss and doors look no further!
