From the sales (Alon), the installation, and the service department(Eugene) Professional,Courteous, Respect for client needs and definitely "Pride of Ownership". After my install I noticed that a couple of windows were not "sealed" when closed....contacted Alon and within the hour the service tech(Eugene) from Panes Windows contacted me, arranged to come out. Within a couple hours of his arrival all issues were resolved with a smile and handshake. These people are the "Real Deal"

Aurora sold and installed a beautiful front door and one interior window for us in December 2017. The door is modern, amazing quality and exactly what we were looking for but unable to find in the big box stores. The pricing was the best around and we definitely didn’t have to sacrifice quality. Alon has been helpful in every way possible from the moment we met. He told me exactly what type of windows to get and explained the pros and cons of every option in thorough detail. He is fully knowledable in every way in windows and doors as he was an installer for many years before this. He tried to save me money at every opportunity and never upselled any product or item in any way. He is always available for any questions or concerns and does not stop until you are satisfied with all the work that has been done.
A few small issues that came up were quickly dealt with.
