Great product...Truly Pride of Ownership
From the sales (Alon), the installation, and the service department(Eugene) Professional,Courteous, Respect for client needs and definitely "Pride of Ownership". After my install I noticed that a couple of windows were not "sealed" when closed....contacted Alon and within the hour the service tech(Eugene) from Panes Windows contacted me, arranged to come out. Within a couple hours of his arrival all issues were resolved with a smile and handshake. These people are the "Real Deal" Jim Williamson (Bulldog)
