2nd Time I dealt with HE, and WILL ALWAYS be HE in the future. From Sales, Management, Knowledge in the industry to Customer Service are all BEST in it's class. Also, everything is CLEAR and no hidden or unexplained process and fees. I'm an IT guy and they have a pretty good process in computing and processing their jobs/work. So you don't feel like you're dealing with a "Shady" company. Charton and Rick would be your best contact for any product related questions and even if there are any services you need! Charton and Rick will go above and beyond to help their customers, trust me, when you talk to them, you'll know. I had a problem with a blower fan motor and they were able to fix it for me within 7 hrs ! - that includes: Coming in to check the EXACT problem and ORDERING the REQUIRED PART, GETTING the part and COMING BACK to install the part. Even with A/C working, without the blower fan, there is no A/C and it was hot as hell during summer ! Lastly, I want to mention they have a team of professional technicians. One of them is Harry, and he was the one that helped me out. Harry's skill and knowledge are not something you can find on Youtube. So that tells you the true Master, "Si Fu" or sensei do not upload videos on Youtube. Trust me I did my share of research to understand what's going on with my problem before calling HE for help, I'm the type of person that like to understand the problem, or try to at least. But when Harry came, you know right away he's on a whole new higher level in terms of skills and knowledge, it's nothing like you seen on internet - which are average at best, you will understand when HE tech comes to your house. So that means, you can rest assure HE can get the job done for you properly and definitely have peace in mind the work is done right at very reasonable cost. They offer the best advice and service, period.

Their tech (sorry I didn't catch his name) came out to fix a recurring problem with my A/C unit. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed and
repaired the fault. He also gave me some very good information
regarding my furnace. Overall, a job well done!

I called High Efficiency when my AC stopped working at 11 pm on July 31 and Harry of Hugh Efficiency showed up at about 11 am the next morning. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. After he determined the circuit board has no sign of power, he contacted his office to get a new part from Carrier as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with the service so far. Harry will come again when he has the part.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. From the outset, Charton was amazing. He was respectful of the fact that it was cold outside and I did not have a furnace that was working. He attended my home on a Sunday and was punctual. He respectfully explained the options to me and also explained to me how the rebate programs work. I found that Charton was very knowledgeable and had good customer service skills. The installation technicians were professional and did a fine job and cleaned up afterwards. Before and after the installation, whenever I called Charton or texted him, he responded right away. My experience with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating was nothing short of outstanding. I was privileged to have Charton, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took time to explain the different air conditioners thoroughly, making sure to discuss the prices, discounts and installation for each.

The team of installers promptly arrived the following day to install our new air conditioner. They were friendly, respectful, efficient, and thorough in their work, which was much appreciated. Charton went above and beyond to follow up with the installation in the evening to ensure that everything was done properly and up to his high standards.

My AC stopped working in a hot Wednesday afternoon. I call these guys and Jason came next day around noon time. My AC is still under warranty and the replacement part was covered. I only paid for the labor. And since he is here he did a thorough checkup and cleaning. He’s friendly and knows everything. He explained how important it is to maintain the machine. I recommend this guy. I’ll give him a call if the system breaks down again. Well I hope they don’t break down.

On time. Confident in their work. I would use them again. They found the problem & got the machine running smoothly while parts are on order. I have used them before & they are reliable.

Very pleased with the new Carrier A/C recently installed by HEC&A. We opted for a Carrier Infinity system with High Seer (efficiency) rating and low noise. Service and price were excellent. Installation was completed within days and all work was completed thoroughly with no issues. The company and sales consultant Charton are very responsive. Have no difficulty recommending to others.

Jay was very good. He got to the problem right away and reminded me that a good part of the job was on warranty, which saved a lot of money. While I was pleased with the company, I was very pleased with Jay who made the experience as best as it could be - thank you Jay!!
