I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. From the outset, Charton was amazing. He was respectful of the fact that it was cold outside and I did not have a furnace that was working. He attended my home on a Sunday and was punctual. He respectfully explained the options to me and also explained to me how the rebate programs work. I found that Charton was very knowledgeable and had good customer service skills. The installation technicians were professional and did a fine job and cleaned up afterwards. Before and after the installation, whenever I called Charton or texted him, he responded right away.
