I would recommend this company over any other AC company out there. Amazing customer service! Charton was extremely knowledgeable when we inquired about an AC unit for our home. We wanted something that has a stronger compressor and quieter unit and was looking into the highest end of the Carrier line but Charton informed us that we didn’t need it for our house. Instead, he educated us on what our house needs and offered the less expensive unit. He is not your regular salesman. He actually cares about his customers and not just out to take your money! He is extremely responsive and clarified our 20+ questions. He got one of his master technicians to come and install the unit. They were very efficient and taught us what we need to do step by step after the job was done. Glad to have hired this company!

We just got a New Carrier 24ACC6 as a replacement for builders Unit. We dealt with Max @ High Efficiency. The guy was very responsive, helpful in size selection and positive to our inquiries; very helpful and professional.

I was fortunately to find this company. The technician Harry came to inspect the unit. He is very experienced, explained the situation, and we made the decision to replace the unit. Then, Charton came, gave us honest opinion without selling us anything unnecessary. He even taught us how to maintain the system, very informative! The next day, a new unit is installed!

We got a new Carrier AC and furnace last month. We dealt with Charton of High Efficiency. He was very responsive to our inquiries and dealt with us in a helpful way. The installers were very competent and efficient. The equipment is working well and we are happy with the whole process.

We found water leaking from the air duct above the furnace when the air-con was on. I called Mr. Ting who explained to me the possible causes of the leaking and suggested to let their technician to come and check on it. The company was very efficient and arranged a technician to come on the same day during this peak season, which I do appreciate it.
The technician is pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He ran up and down a few times from the basement to the outside to check the air-con carefully. He explained to us what the problem was after inspection. When I asked him questions on the operation of the air-con and the furnace, he explained to us clearly in details so that I understand more how to operate the air-con and the furnace properly. I would recommend this company to home owners who needs services/installation of air-cons/furnaces.
