Thank you for your business and the nice review. Most people naturally don't associate children's toys with vacuums. We do have expert service and repair center(s). As one of Canada's largest vacuum companies our mechanical employees are top notch and are very good at what they do. Pricing in our business fluctuates constantly due to a variety of circumstances but we do have a detailed website with current pricing.
Not being sure which model you have, Beam (manufactured by Electrolux) is one, if not the largest appliance company in the world. They produce dozens of brands with dozens of models in each brand. Beam itself has approximately 14 models of Central vacuums and all the models can be inter changed with over 12 combinations of attachment sets available from Electrolux. There are many other countless attachments that can be purchased for the Beam units as well.
Guaranteed you bought a premium set with additional attachments and paid to have it installed with more than 2 outlets. The set you are likely referring to for $700 is a regularly advertized basic starter set with the first 2 outlets installed free, if roughed in. Any extra outlets are an additional charge. If your ($2000) equipment is the very same with only 2 outlets installed we would gladly refund you the difference and in fact your entire purchase price will be refunded that's how sure we are that you've made an honest mistake regarding the pricing. Like the car you may have bought for 40 - 50 thousand fully loaded that was advertized for 30 as a base unit.
Many people have the budget for catfish but have caviar taste. Lots of people come to buy the discount deals and leave with much more once they see the variety of products we sell.
