Recently we shopped around for a new central vacuum and decided to deal with Vacuum Specialists. It turned out to be a wise choice. Moe, from Vacuum Specialists, came out to the house and very objectively explained our options without a hint of up-selling. We chose a high end unit and two days later it was installed by another friendly and efficient representative from Vacuum Specialists. Then, we discovered that the vacuum system would suddenly start running without being turned on. I advised Moe and he immediately came back to our home to see what the problem was. It turned out that the malfunction was in no way related to the work Vacuum Specialists had done. It was discovered that some of the original wiring done when the original central vacuum system was installed, had been pinched when we recently had our home renovated.
