Gandy a great install & clean up(Rob)the unit has not run to expectations, service been out 6 times & finally it runs ok my only beef is a 1300sqft town house & it has trouble heating it ?? Disappointed

Hi Jim, thanks for taking the time to post a review. We are happy to hear that the initial install went well, but are sorry to hear of the issues that you had with the equipment after the fact. I have looked at the history on your file and it appears there was a technical issue with the wireless thermostat communicating with the furnace. We have eliminated this issue by hard wiring the thermostat straight to the furnace. This should solve the equipment communication issue.
